Hailing from Beckenham in Kent, I moved to Malta from the UK some years ago.  I have worked at English Domain for four years, having spent almost 30 years in the City of London as a Personal Assistant in Investment Banking.

I enjoy the diversity of teaching and have met and learned so much from some wonderful students.  I have experience at all levels of General English as well as IELTS and Business English.  In 2017, I became a certified Interlocutor for TEA (Test of English for Aviation).

I love spending my spare time running, doing yoga and watching my favourite team Chelsea.

Ray Pizzuto

Cert TESOL; London Chamber of Commerce; College of Professional Management.

I’ve been teaching since 1988 with experience in one-to-one tutoring as well as group instruction of ESL and I consider it a great privilege to work for English Domain.

I taught English for 5 years at the faculties of Medicine and Psychology at the Università Gabriele D’Annunzio, where I also took a 2-year course in Psychology, as well as 3 years teaching at Prolingua, the English Language Department of Pontificia Università Lateranense – Vatican City University.

I consider myself to be a warm and caring teacher who wants all students to be successful learners and try my hardest to create a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, fun and adaptive to the varied needs of students. My experience has taught me the skills necessary to adapt to students’ diverse learning styles.
