What you will study

Our English for IT Professionals course is specifically designed for learners who would like to develop their language effectively within the IT Industry.

This course gives the learner a solid foundation of the English language skills such as speaking, listening, reading and writing, with particular attention to learning technical terms as well as developing grammar and vocabulary such as, among other things, discussing complicated work procedures with their peers and communicating effectively with clients and end users.

The course consists of 20 General English group lessons in the morning to improve on all the core skills before focusing on IT aspects in the afternoon.

The course provides anyone involved in information technology the essential structures and broadens vocabulary which is used in everyday work situations, leading to grammatical accuracy according to the learner’s level of English whilst improving pronunciation and making the learner feel comfortable when speaking in English.

Lessons are conducted using our Communicative Learning Approach and delivered with the help of a wide range of lesson materials, modern teaching methodologies and technology to ensure that the learning experience is engaging and effective.

Our IT Professionals language course is interactive, dynamic and has clear objectives that contribute to the learner’s progress and help to achieve individual learning goals in the information technology area.

Upon course completion learners will be able to handle phone calls with clients who are seeking technical support, participate in business conferences.

They will get an insight into how to deal with potential clients and explain a product or specific computer software and many more.

Improving learners’ IT English will allow them to be more productive at work. It will also give them the skills necessary for competitive jobs that require knowledge of information technology in English.
