What you will study
Our English for the Retail industry is specifically designed for those who are interested in improving their English skills in the retail sector with particular interest in sales and customer service.
Task based activities and role-plays are introduced to ensure maximum participation and production of the English language.
Course Participants will learn Retail English in the right atmosphere with proper guidance and training at each step of the way.
The course consists of 24 lessons spread over 6 weeks (3 hours per week) and held in the evening which gives learners a great opportunity to have a job and attend the course during the evening hours.

Throughout our English for the Retail industry Course, learners will get to know how to communicate more fluently and effectively in English, using key phrases for negotiations, the art of persuasion and counter proposals.
Our highly qualified tutors will help learners build their confidence when it comes to making contact with customers, dealing with complaints, working on promotional activities and advertising, dealing with telephone sales.
